Kevin Fech, board chair of Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities; Cindy Bentley, director of People First of Wisconsin; and Laura Owens, executive director of the Association of People Supporting Employment First penned this opinion piece for the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.

“Imagine living in a home where you didn’t choose who lived with you. You don’t even have your own key; you have to wait for someone to let you in.
