Final Approvals
October 13, 2017: CMS granted State final approval of their Statewide Transition Plan (STP).
Initial Approvals
July 14, 2016: CMS granted State initial approval of their STP.
March 13, 2016: The State posted a draft Statewide Transition Plan.
September 24, 2015: CMS notified State of Clarifications and/or Modifications required in order to receive Initial Approval (CMIA).
February 6, 2015: The State posted a draft Statewide Transition Plan
